OUR PROGRAMS

EMERGING - Ages (4 to 6) & (7 to 10)
Our Emerging program primarily focuses on introducing players to basic techniques in football (dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting) and building their love for the game through fun and engaging activities.
Through this program they develop ABC's (Agility Balance Coordination) of football and position play through Small Sided Games.

The program runs in slots of two sessions per week on the following timings:
Tuesday and Thursday - 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT - Ages (11 to 17)
Our Youth Development program is designed to nurture young talent and prepare players for higher levels of competition. Our comprehensive program includes technical skills, tactical understanding, physical fitness, mental approach to the game, nutrition and recovery, competition and exposure.

The program runs in slots of three sessions per week on the following timings:
Weekday Batch:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Weekend Batch:
Friday - 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday - 6:00 am to 7:30 am

ELITE - Ages (11 to 20)
Our Elite program is designed for exceptionally talented and committed young players who demonstrate the potential to reach the highest levels of the sport.
Our program includes high-level technical training, tactical mastery, physical conditioning, mental preparation and psychological support, individualized development plans and monitoring, nutrition and recovery, performance analysis and pathways to professional football.

The program runs in slots of five sessions per week on the following timings:
Monday to Friday - 6:00 am to 7:30 am

GOALKEEPING - Ages (7 to 17)
Our Goalkeeping program is tailored specifically for aspiring goalkeepers, focusing on developing the unique skills and attributes required for success in this specialised position.

Our program includes technical training, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, mental preparation, specialist coaching, game simulation and analysis, set piece and penalty preparation, competition and exposure.
​
The program runs in slots of two sessions per week on the following timings:
Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 am to 7:30 am
